[hey gang! i realized some stuff is out of date in terms of info and whatnot. i went ahead and updated the About Missing Numbers post, as well as a few things in our pinned post!

for the about, this includes general updates, clarifications, adding some links, and clearing up the general premise and explanation for newcomers. for the pinned, i added a list of content warnings, specified what links include, and added a link to Chrono for desktop users! and just generally touch ups in wording ^^
